Since 2015, Liz has been with the South-central Partnership for Energy Efficiency as a Resource, SPEER. As the Managing Director, Liz builds relationships with funders, partners, and members and manages day-to-day internal operations, including organization communications, deliverables, and reporting. In this role she works closely with SPEER staff and the organization's efficiency initiatives to ensure that all SPEER programs meet required deliverables & achieve success and sustainability. In addition to overseeing SPEER's Energy Codes, Policy and Local Government programs, Liz also manages the national Building Operator Certification (BOC) Program in which she oversees both marketing and implementation of the training course to current and potential building owners, operators, and facility managers.
