Lynnae Willette is the Director of Regulatory & Legislative Affairs for EDF Renewables, a market-leading, independent power producer and service provider of utility scale solar, wind, storage, and electrical vehicle charging projects in the United States. Lynnae leads the federal and state legislative and regulatory policy strategy and implementation for ERCOT, SPP, and Southeastern Electric Reliability Council (SERC) states. She serves on the board of Texas Taxpayers and Research Association, Southern Renewable Energy Association, and is presently the Chair of the Texas Solar Power Association and Vice Chair of the Advanced Power Alliance. Lynnae earned her JD from South Texas College of Law and is a licensed Texas attorney.
